Comfy spacious room, nice and warm, good location to walk into Watford or to the tube, clear communication from host.

Shower door needs a bit of tlc. Pillows very thin (so much so cases keep coming off!) Cleaner made me leave early on the last day.

Taking your shoes off while you’re inside the premises

It was like a glorified HMO , no TV, had to walk around with nothing on feet , make yourself a hot drink ... No cutlery..,soul destroying.,. The bin in the room had a dirty earbud in it, and empty box of tissues left in the room , splats of paint over radiator and curtains, left a day early and booked somewhere else, bathroom facilities appalling...

The host was very welcoming, spotless clean, a nice spacious kitchen and outdoor area

There was nothing not to like, it was definitely on the quieter side of life so sometimes felt we were maybe disturbing guests a little but it was super cosy relaxing and warm

Close to high street so you can catch a bus or train to central London, very calm area, Tesco close by for shopping, very nice clean room, huge bed. Very clean kitchen, bathroom, and the room itself. Recommend this place 10/10

Only minus in my opinion is the "shared" bathroom, we didn't personally mind it, but it can be a little annoying sometimes that you don't have privacy.
