The Gemstone Manor

The Gemstone Manor is not a good apartment to stay, the room i stayed is not good enough and doesn't reflect true value for money. I paid £182.29 but i never stayed or slept in it. All they said weren't true atall. The room is small, with tining bed, and a mirror ontop a woden chair, no TV, so many people sharing one toilet, not clean and with water on the floor. The apartment lacks hygiene and someone can easily get effected with toilet effection with toilet bacteria easily, no safety exit and lack adequate hygiene. All they did was to get pictures that doesn't say the fact or truth about the apartment. I will like to get my refunds back and you can contact the apartment for clearity sake. I never slept in the appointment atall. I was disappointed that such a place can be used to deserve people. GOD knows all am saying is the truth and am sure my conscience is clear on what am saying. Key Areas of Complains ​Misrepresentation: The photos used for marketing do not reflect the actual state of the room (size of the room/bed). ​Lack of Amenities: Missing items that would be expected for the price point, such as a TV, and inadequate furniture (mirror on a chair). ​Hygiene and Safety: Serious concerns regarding the cleanliness of the shared toilet 🚽 and the lack of professional cleaning staff, posing a health risk. This is the fact and truth about it. Only one light bulb light working💡 . I requested for my for my money back, but was told to contact bookings for my refunds. I felt bad about the situation and also I wish I can get my money back. Thanks

1. Everything about the apartment. 2. No refrigerator 3. No TV 4. 1 Electric bulb that's working 5.People sharing one toilet which could pose really infection and lack of professional hygiene. Also the toilet is dirty when I saw it. Was taking to another toilet upstairs but it's still the same. I could simply tell students are also living in the apartment. I do have pictures and video to show my claims

Management was receptive and communicated well eith guests. The premised was appealing and to my satisfaction, it caters for easy dialogue with other guests with whom you get in contact with, thus resulting in a warm atmosphere among everyone. The premises was clean and tidy.

Not too far from Metropolitan station and Vicarage Road Stadium which was my goal of the trip. Crystal clear communication with Taahir about how to get into the house and all the rules inside. I will come back with pleasure.

Very clean and cosy

Clean and tidy. Not crowded. Plenty of cooking utensils and appliances including a dish washer. Nice well-kept garden. Friendly staff. Only a 20 min walk from Watford town centre.

Could do with a living room. I’d add a Tv in the room. A bit overpriced compared to other en suite options in the Watford area.
