The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures but are exceptionally clean and well-organized. The beds are comfortable, with the air conditioning working efficiently, and the desk space is clean. Although compact, the wardrobe serves its purpose well. Additional amenities, such as an iron stand, a small refrigerator, and a TV with a variety of local, national, and international channels, are provided. Bedside lamps and furniture are thoughtfully arranged, enhancing the comfort of the stay. The bathrooms are spotless, equipped with an adequate supply of towels and toiletries, and hot and cold water is available 24/7. Amenities such as a hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, and handwash are all thoughtfully provided. The staff are extremely cooperative and polite, with the front desk impressively responding to calls within two rings, which I appreciated greatly.

The room size is quite small, creating a somewhat confined feeling. Despite displaying the "clean up" indicator, our room was not attended to, leading me to rate the facility team’s performance as below average. There was no regular waste collection, and waste bags were not supplied. The bathing area, although separated by a glass panel, causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet after each use. The hotel restaurant only serves breakfast, meaning guests need to dine out or order online for lunch and dinner. Additionally, there were no cutleries provided in the room, which was disappointing, as I had to purchase disposable options from outside. The desk bins are very small, comparable to the size of a mug, and even minimal waste quickly fills them. Without regular waste collection, this became inconvenient. Overall, I am rating the hotel as good due to an overall pleasant stay. However, the above points are suggested for attention and improvement to enhance the guest experience.
