"less than desirable area we were told not to leave out car close as it would likely be damaged"

Good location to where we needed to stay for.

Bobbly bed sheets that did itch my skin a lot. So I didn’t sleep very well. Was an unpleasant smell down stairs but upstairs were fine

Super comfy beds, was clean and tidy

Would have been nice if it had a lounge/comfy seating area but we didn’t arrive til late and left early so wasn’t an issue. It was clearly student accommodation (it is right next to campus) however it was clean and in a good state of repair and more than enough for our 1 night stay for graduation day.

Very dirty, needs a refurbishment. All the bed sheets were dirty and bubbly. Not a comfortable night stay.
