The host is very friendly and attentive and always wants to make us happy. Although he does not speak english, communication was not hard becoz he has a translation device which made it easy for us to communicate.

The hotel owner is very kind and his food was so delicious! The place is surrounded by a beautiful mountain range and it’s a 3 minute walk from the Shirahige waterfall. The hotel also has an onsen which was very nice!

I’m not sure if they have a laundry room but it was difficult to find a coin laundry nearby. It would’ve been nice to get more amenities for those staying multiple nights.
