Sirogane Free Harbour Hotel

the staff was very friendly and warm, the food was delicious and plenty and the onsen was great as well. we loved staying and talking with seitaro and his father and cant wait to come back again

夕食なしのプランでしたが、用意できるとの事でしたのでお願いしました（もちろん別料金）。遅くまで開いているお店が付近になさそうだったので、助かりました。お肉もお野菜も、とても美味しく頂きました。 また、白ひげの滝まで歩いてすぐで、とても便利でした。

Booking.comのメッセージ機能を使ったやり取りは、少しレスポンスが遅かったかな、と思います。

The owner is very kind and friendly. He realy getz out of his skin to attend any rrquest and beyond. We got a private onsen for 3 days 😆

The room is very simple yet functional.

Top tier service from the owner. He used a translation device to speak with us. So welcoming. He drove us too and from the hot spring that was located in the other building a block behind. Hot spring outdoors was small and very hot. The indoor one was great. We had the hot spring to ourselves in the morning. The owner asked us if we had breakfast, and when we said no, he gave us two delicious Japanese pears. Felt homey and familial. Just a short walk to the waterfall scenery.

Facility felt a little dated with a weird smell in the main lobby area. Hot water stopped in the middle of our second person showering. No electric outlet by the bed.

スタッフも親切で、部屋も広くて綺麗だった。お値段も安く、近くの白髭の滝まで歩いて行けて水の音が心地よかった。部屋のお風呂を使ったけれど、ちょっと変わっていて気持ちよかった。別棟の温泉は夫が言うにはとても気持ちよかったそうです

支払いにカードが使えないことと、部屋着がないこと。 お風呂はスタッフがこのホテルの別棟の温泉まで連れて行ってくれるけど、私は疲れていたので部屋で済ませた。近いと良かったかな

旅館在白金白鬚瀑布附近，鄰近景點還有白金青池、望岳臺，是很方便的地點。旅館主人會使用翻譯機與旅客溝通，他非常細心而且友善，對孩子超級熱情。旅館的晚餐是涮涮鍋，可以吃到蔬菜和肉，讓人吃得很飽！早餐是日式早餐，份量也非常多！旅館內部有相片展覽還有很多展示品，內部裝潢是木製的，因此有一股木頭的氣味。溫泉在離旅館200公尺的B棟，有室內和露天的池子，室內是中型的浴池，露天是小型的浴池，室外晚上亮度不足，所以我就沒有去了。

源泉から最寄りの温泉(別棟)であることは贅沢かな？と思いました。ほぼ無調整の温泉は通好みでしょう。

オーナーが外国の方とのことで、ホテルの各所にオーナーの作品や好みの調度品があり、それを立派・きれいで好ましいと感じる方もおられるとは思います。 ただ部屋に設置してあるガラス棚にある陶磁器は使用可能なのでしょうか？非施錠の状態で盗難などはこれまでなかったのか心配になりました。 かわいらしい湯船や円テーブルの脚に彫り物がされているなどオーナーのこだわりを感じました。 一方、普通はあるアメニティがないこと、複数あるガラス張りの棚に居住スペースをとられていることは実用性以上に見た目重視と感じました。 入室時の「ワアッ～」は持続するものではないので、いろいろ？を覚えました。 部屋の広さはそこそこあるのでベッドサイドに空きスペースを作ってもらいたいです。
