Global Luxury Camp

The position of the camp is beautiful and the staff is very friendly, both the ride with the quad and the return with the dromedairies where very nice.

The bath proposed as fully functioning was in effect good to have because of the toilet but not so good in terms of water available in the sink and the shower

We spent one night in a luxury camp in the middle of the desert, and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect, surrounded by dunes and total silence. The food was delicious, and the tent was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a private toilet and shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a unique desert experience.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte indimenticabile in un accampamento di lusso nel deserto di Merzouga. La nostra esperienza è iniziata alle 16:00 con un giro in cammello tra le dune dorate, godendoci uno splendido tramonto durante il tragitto verso l'accampamento. Una volta arrivati, siamo stati accolti con calorosa ospitalità, una confortevole tenda di lusso e una deliziosa cena tradizionale. La notte è stata tranquilla e magica, e la mattina successiva abbiamo gustato un'ottima colazione in mezzo al deserto. Altamente raccomandato a chiunque visiti Merzouga.

Reservamos una tienda de campaña de lujo privada en este campamento, un campamento muy hermoso en medio del desierto, la comida era excelente, el personal amable, la ubicación excelente.

Our time in the Merzouga desert was full of great moments. The Jeep tour was a nice introduction to the Sahara, but the quad biking was the real highlight, riding over the high dunes and trying sandboarding was an unforgettable experience. We truly recommend this activity to anyone visiting the area. In the evening, we relaxed in a comfortable luxury tent, enjoyed a tasty dinner, and spent the night in a calm desert atmosphere with a helpful and friendly guide. A perfect balance between adventure and relaxation.

The desert itself was beautiful, and the camel experience was wonderful too. However, the camp had nothing to do with the photos. It was extremely poor, with no heating at all, even though I had specifically read previous guest reviews mentioning there was heating. I believe we were placed in a completely different camp. One of the tents we had booked had no hot water in the bathroom, and the toilet flush didn’t work. There was no clear schedule for dinner, breakfast, or any planned activities — we had to ask about everything ourselves. I definitely would not recommend Global Luxury Camp.

Este sitio es una oferta engañosa. No aceptan tarjeta de crédito y además el precio que da booking no incluye el traslado hasta la tienda (un trayecto de 10 minutos en camioneta 4x4) entonces luego que haces la reserva de booking, te escriben un mensaje con los precios del traslado que resultan más costosos que la reserva de Booking y además solo aceptan efectivo. Cancelé la reserva y me escribieron un mensaje con otras tarifas menores que incluía el traslado. Al final me quedé en otro sitio, con el señor Hassam que lo conocimos en el restaurante Dar Mama, nos dio mejor precio y aceptaba tarjeta de crédito.

From the staff, to the location, this camp was excellent. I am glad we went with this one.

It was very cold, but that is something out of the property’s control, as we went during the cold time of year. There were no heaters, but I understand heaters may not be feasible. Perhaps in the future, this could change.
