The property was clean the back and front little small areas was t clean stuff fag end rubbish all over both front and back Smelt a little bit and it’s cold couldn’t work the heating and dryer didn’t work and from the back of the property we had to carry all our stuff has no gate key and no pass so we could park outside and I do have a blue badge More could be done with the house Wasn’t valve for the money we paid for 2 nights

A beautiful quirky property in an ideal location for the town and beach. Stayed here with my family for my daughters 18th. My teens loved the sauna and the cinema room on the the third floor, and my daughter loved the seperate dressing room. Every room is uniquely and beautifully decorated and well equipped. Being set over 3 floors ir felt so spacious, seperate lounge, dining room snd kitchen as well as the top floor cinema room. It really is a home from home experience and would definitely return.

No heating on arrival. Took a while to get the boiler booted up , however the owner was quick to address our concern and explain how to fix the problem. Took a while to find the parking, however it was free and felt safe leaving the car there. Privacy with the upstairs bsthroom. The door is an unfrosted glass panel with the toilet directly behind it. There is another door prior to this where the sauna is located but there is no lock to it. Also no toilet paper or hand soap on arrival so first trip out was to the shop which is fortunately only a few minutes walk away.

The property is in a great location 2 mins from the beach and main shops, the house itself is very unique and quirky, and has a lovely vibe. the shower was really powerful and hot and loved the sauna, all the cooking facilities worked great and my daughter loved the cinema room . I personally loved all the art work and handmade trinkets. Free parking at the rear of the property.

The main thing i personally didn’t like was that there was no tv in the living room, and the cinema room took a long time to get warm, but that was all really, for a short stay it was fine but if I was staying longer would have liked a few more self catering utensils in the kitchen.

The location was amazing, so close to the seafront. The restaurants and bars were nearby. There was so much character to the building, in fact it could almost be described as quirky. Decorated very well and full of the owners personality I’d imagine throughout.

Unfortunately in places the property is quite tired and this shows up in little ways, but quite often. The door lock on the back door was loose and awkward to lock, the shower hose was broken, tiles popping off walls…. Only little things and they wouldn’t ruin a stay here.
