Merzouga Luxury Tented Camp

The comfort was beyond our expectations. The beds and room were very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The staff makes sure you enjoy every minute of your stay at the desert. The food was amazing as well!

The camel journey into the campsite was wonderful. And the tent was well set up and truly luxurious. Friendly and helpful staff who could also entertain.

The tent we stayed in was gorgeous and huge! The bathroom was so nice for the middle of the desert. You can enter the camp by car or camel and the camel ride is 25 euros each but it was totally worth it, the views of the desert were incredible. We were brought back in a timely manner and had no issues.

It was very hot but we did go in July.

We did like the camel transfers specially at the childs. The tend was beautiful and equipped with everything. The boys very kindly .. sociable and cheerful! Breakfast very good!

All payments in cash but.. they are correct because they write to you as soon as you book

The tents are in the desert, enclosed by beautiful sand dunes. The dinner and the breakfast served on site were excellent. The staff tried to make some atmosphere in the night with drumming and singing around an open fire.

Need to go to a Riad in Merzouga first! The google location in booking.com and the Riad are totally wrong. The GPS is guiding to the back of the Riad in Merzouga and the GPS to the camp is completely out (can't go directly to the tents!)

Food was excellent! Camp/tents were excellent!! Staff at the camp was nice! Camelride was a great experience!

Got approached by the camel guys to buy some ridiculous tourist rubbish, which ended in a very awkward situation before entering the camp!

Stayed two nights and really you could do this in one night. Take the camel from the drop-off area to the camp. Great feast for breakfast and dinner. They organised a great 4x4 excursion out to some various places but really, if you can do this on the way out you would tick all the boxes. Bring cash (and then some more for tipping ) as there are no banking facilities. The place is also BYO. You can not buy any alcohol at the camp.
