Location was great close to all amenities and airport..The view from the balcony was spectacular. The staff was helpful especially Melek who was nice to all , ready to help out pleasantly. Thanks Melek.

For me, i was planning to visit attractions outside of trabzon, so i wanted easy exit and return away from crowded streets. Front desk staff was great, especially tle lady named malak.

Room needed safety deposit box. Curtains needed some cleaning from dust.
