Heaven Suite Hotel

Really good hotel for adequate price, small but cozy. Some cosmetic sights of usage exist but it is totally fine. Very very comfortable bed. Enough space to park a car outside. Good breakfast with excellent view on airport. Administrators were polite and friendly.

Unfortunately restaurant works only at the morning during breakfast.

Staff were very friendly, cooperative and welcoming. I can recognize Ali who is working to make every thing easy and has fast respond to any issue. Melek was a beautiful girl who has a wonderful smile and working to make the guest relax in the hotel. Special thanks to them specially Melek.

Restaurant staff should keep smile and provide the needs to the guests. Drinking water to be provided every day

The hotel was amazing and perfect in every way possible. The location is great, the room was great, and the breakfast was great. Special thanks to Melek for being the nicest and most amazing receptionist and always making sure I got a taxi on time to wherever I needed to go and for helping me out whenever I needed help with anything related to Trabzon.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Trabzon. The staff was good but Melek was brilliant. She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

The price is compared to the room size,and the facilities are expensive not worth it.. the breakfast is very basic and needs more variety .. room and bathroom size, too small compared to pictures .. also,they are not helpful regarding check-in and out timing .. they made me pay for full day payment while I stayed for 5 hours extra..

The Hotel is right opposite the airport and ten mins drive from the trabzon center ... The hotel staff Malek was very helpful and guided where can we go around in trabzon . Hussain was kind enough to help me transfer the luggage to the car. It is very well maintained, clean with good breakfast spread at the roof top restuarant over looking the sea. The room i stayed had a small sitting hall attached balcony with a sea view and a kitchenette, toilet was very clean It is at an ideal location with many good restaurants, supermarket , saloon , rent a cars at walking distance.
