location : it is very close to Goreme open air museum, Goreme town, restaurants & bus terminal station. Breakfast: a very good breakfast is provided our room had a nice terrace to watch the hot air balloon early morning

The place needs better housekeeping, and guests services such as help with the luggage upstairs and getting taxis and someone who can communicate in English we could not use the terraces as the outdoor furniture was quite dirty and dusty.

We stayed in the king room with the balcony and it was really lovely inside. The location was also good and not too far away from the main area and bus station.

The staff didn't seem to take an interest in us when we checked in, and didn't seem so friendly which made a bit of a bad start for our stay there. The breakfast was nice but I feel that the staff cleanliness and conduct with the preparation could have been better. Particularly washing hands before touching the food.

The location is great and with a perfect terrace for viewing the balloons in the morning. The staffs were very hospitable and the breakfast was very good! Just a few minutes walking from Goreme centre. I really recommend to host there.

Everything really. The decoration was the really nice, friendly staff, EXCEPTIONAL breakfast (lots of Turkish food to try!!) with amazing rooftop, Big room, comfy bed, big bathroom, clean. Really really good. Great price-quality ratio. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Cappadoccia, in general, was really dusty and even though the hotel was super clean there was dust on some surfaces. the hotel is not in the city center, but it was not a problem for us since we rented a car.

Helpful and friendly hosts, comfortable beds, big rooms, lovely view on balloons at sunrise from the balcony. We lost an item during our shuttle transport and Bhari and his team were very helpful in retrieving it for us from the shuttle service.

Some suggestions: An extraction fan in bathroom will help for the smell and humidity and bath tap was a bit loose and needs some tightening.

Less noise from other guests, less smoking at the property. Clean up the ash trays before they overflow.

Very beautiful hotel, the room really exceeded our expectations, nice view from hotel terrace and from the room terrace, breakfast was perfect, the hotel is near the center, restaurants and markets, the staff is very friendly and helpful with everything. we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back again.
