Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, dodatkowo wielkość apartamentu , balkon, na plus zaraz obok supermarket ale taki większy , do centrum miasta blisko , dobrze wyposażona kuchnia

Lokalizacja była super! Naprawdę blisko czy to do pysznej pizzerii czy małej kawiarenki czy do kilku mniejszych i większych marketów. Mieszkanie w standardzie bardzo dobrym, nie jest to najnowsza budowa i jakość, bo to kamienica w końcu, ale jest naprawdę przestrzennie i klimatyzacja jak chłodzi tak i grzeje. Kontakt z gospodarzem również bardzo dobry i miły. Internet super działał, telewizja również. Wyposażenie bardzo dobre. Trzy osobne sypialnie, wyspaliśmy się świetnie 6 osobową rodziną i każdy miał swój kąt.

Ogólnie nie było wybitnych minusów, nie są może i winą mieszkania, bo czasami swąd z odpływów przeszkadza i gniazdka, które są tragiczne do używania, ale to raczej już standard we Włoszech i gdy ktoś tutaj jeździ wynajmować apartament w kamienicy, musi i zapewne się z tym liczy. Minusami mogą być niedociągnięcia w postaci np. niedziałającej okiennicy - nie można jednej zamknąć, ale są haczyki i można ją zablokować, żelazko i deska do prasowania - radzę nie używać, przypalone i brudzą :)

Great location. Fascinating building. The owner was cooperative and answered my questions adequately and quickly. The appartment was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped.

We were group of 6 and as there's only one small bathroom it took a long time waiting to get a shower. The

The location is great, a walking distance from central station as well as from the Bari Old town. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, there is an elevator available from the 1st floor (it was suppose to be available from the ground floor after key delivery, but the key was broken). WI-FI is available as well. Right next to the main entrance, there is a coffee shop as well as deli shop available. The street is rather quiet. There are two tables and a lot of chairs available, which makes it easy to spend the inside time together. Rooms are big and spacious. Water was provided at the beginning of the stay.

The apartment is due for some renovations (wall paining, couch replacement etc.). The worst part was bathroom, which is not very comfortable - there is a really tiny shower available, the shower floor is covered with a wooden plate, which was off-putting, the shower head is damaged and requires replacement, the bidet is there but access to it is not comfortable. The shampoo and gel wash was there but its quality was really low. The dishes were dirty. The apartment is suppose to fit 6 people max, but there were only 3 wine glasses available, some other cup's were made of plastic. There is a lot of additional, unnecessary things and equipment hidden in the closets. From the pictures available you can expect the balcony to have some sitting space, when in fact it is empty and wet due to the air condition being located outside of it. There is a coffee machine available but the capsules provided where only for a decaf coffee. You need to take the trashes out after your stay as well.
