Excellent location, 5 min walk to the sea, 10-15 to the old town and train station. The building itself is amazing, with old lift (which was not working from the ground floor, only from the 1st floor), ellegant staircase. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. With good vibes. We were 4 people. Very nice cafe bar just downstairs to grab a morning cappuccio :) we haven’t met staff but all the information was sent via whatsup, keys taken over remotly without any issues.

Air conditioning only in one bedroom,

The wide elegant entrance to the building, and the location of the flat in the building (top floor at the end of the well-lit corridor, right under a glass roof) are probably the best thing about this flat. To be fair, the amenities inside the flat are all very decent also, and it has a nice vibe. The view from the balcony isn't spectacular but you can still see a typical Bari street from above, which is nice.

The person with whom I was put in touch (a certain Angelo) really doesn't seem to like his job. The directions sent, meant to allow us to get in independently, were incomplete and so we had to call him twice to retrieve the extra information that was missing and should have been there in the first place. No apology. Furthermore, there was only one induction pot to go with the induction stove, the rest being normal; which meant we could hardly use it and had to spend more on restaurant meals. We asked whether we could leave one suitcase there between the (rather spartan 10am) checkout time and when our train was departing a few hours later in the afternoon. The answer was a plain NO, with no attempt to even propose an alternative solution (neighbors etc.) - the first time when I am actually seeing this from a booking.com property. We forgot something at the property and asked if the cleaning staff found it. Messaged twice more to ask, but the answer never came. Finally, this company's checkin website is very antiquated and took away about half an hour of my holiday time with a badly designed web form that took ages to be able to complete. For the ludicrous nightly price paid (200+), we definitely expected much better service than this. Conclusion: I wouldn't recommend staying here. EDIT: hillarious that the owner took the trouble to reply here claiming that Angelo wrote back to our "many daily messages", but never took the trouble to see if his replies ever arrived even in the same day (most of the time it was many hours later). ABsolutely despicable service! Rating now -1 stars.

Apartment is spacious, clean and very close to the city center

Apartment is for 6 persons,and there is only one bathroom which is too small and narrow..the beds in rooms are not that comfortable,and all pillows are different. While packing we forgot to take power bank,we send a message to host,and we waited three-four days (with few reminders in meantime) to get information that mentioned power bank isn't there,they couldn't find it..

1. many stairs to get up, or take a claustrophobic elevator. 2. no airconditioning in the 2nd bedroom. There is airconditioning in one bedroom and living room. 3. it's self service checkin, no person to directly talk to when checking, coming from abroad we had many questions and we had to figure out a lot of things ourselves.

1. It was absolutely clean. 2. The location is very good - less then 10 minutes walk from the central railway station, about 10 minutes walk from the old town, and about 15 minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets nearby. 3. Well furnished and equipped. 4. Spacious.

1. The bathroom door needed fixing. 2. There is a lot of noise from the street. 3. if you visit during the summertime - get yourself anti mosquito equipment. :) 4. The walls are “thin” - you can hear your neighbors pretty well, and the can hear you. :) 5. One of the bedrooms has a window which in fact is less than 2 meters away from the neighbors’ window. when open - you are actually in the same room with them. :)

Spacious bright apartment, clean, nice. Easily reachable on foot from the train station. Close to the center.

We had a problem with the heating during our stay. It was 16 degrees in the apartment and the staff of the accommodation agency could not solve the problem. But finally I solved problem myself.
