I loved the main room, it felt really cosy. It was very nice having somewhere to sit outside (private little patio area with bench made out of old palettes). Friendly host, I felt I could have asked if I had any problems (which I didn't!)

The kitchen and bathroom could both do with a bit of renovation work (old drawers that didn't close very well... shower support broken, no window lock). Water supply a bit temperamental. But only small details really that didn’t spoil my stay.

A bit basic and small. No hot water in the kitchen. Property owner was helpful and attentive. Great location and good value for money .

Lovely little apartment right off of St Lucia piazza. Was away from the main sights etc in a local area but I really liked this. There was a bakery on the same street and a couple of cafe/bars on the other side of the piazza. Water refill machine on a street close by. Walk to Ortigia around 10/15 minutes. Very friendly, helpful owner.

Shower was a little temperamental. Couldn't get much water from it initially but then it started to flow..

This small apartment is located very close to the old city center, nearly 10 minutes walk to Ortigia. Despite being relatively small, it has all you need, including a spacious terrace, comfortable bed, air-conditioning , coffe macchine,, and good kitchenette. It is very quiet at night and you can find parking spots on the street quite easily. The landlord is responsive and kind, and gave us good suggestions for the weekend. On Sunday the square hosts a colorful market with cheap fruit and vegetables from local producers

Two minor issues. The keys are a bit too big for the key box. Took us 15 minutes before actually managing to find the right position for the keys so that we could close it again. The shower could be improved. The water pressure suddenly dropped after 1minute. I couldn't continue with the shower. Luckily or not, I didn't have enough time to put soaps on me, or this would have complicated things 😅. Also the door of the bathroom doesn't close anymore

Brilliant ground floor apartment with garden. Great host and great value.
