Casa Nina

This small apartment is located very close to the old city center, nearly 10 minutes walk to Ortigia. Despite being relatively small, it has all you need, including a spacious terrace, comfortable bed, air-conditioning , coffe macchine,, and good kitchenette. It is very quiet at night and you can find parking spots on the street quite easily. The landlord is responsive and kind, and gave us good suggestions for the weekend. On Sunday the square hosts a colorful market with cheap fruit and vegetables from local producers

Two minor issues. The keys are a bit too big for the key box. Took us 15 minutes before actually managing to find the right position for the keys so that we could close it again. The shower could be improved. The water pressure suddenly dropped after 1minute. I couldn't continue with the shower. Luckily or not, I didn't have enough time to put soaps on me, or this would have complicated things 😅. Also the door of the bathroom doesn't close anymore

Friendly host. Clean and comfortable apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. Location not far from Ortigia. Value for money.

It was in a good location, the apartment was a good size and nice layout, good value for money and space for my bicycle.

It is little tired I places and there was no chopping board in the kitchen but these are just minor things.

Close to the historic centre , quiet area , but there is a drug addicts near the flat. The flat is good size.At all is ok. A few cofee shops around.

Very Low water pressure at the shower, and the hot water was finish very quick.

The location is excellent and there was plenty of shower gel and shampoo. The terrace was wonderful

it smelled of cats leftovers…. even the owner Luigi explained that his cats occasionally go into the property when it’s empty and relieve themselves in there… so it smelled quite strong of it… slightly off putting having to get used to sleep each time and spray lots of air freshener.

Cozy place to stay. Good parking and great host.

The kitchen could be a little more equipped with cleaner utensils.
