Location stunning, comfortable accommodation with a real fire it was lovely, and could bring my dog. We had fabulous food.

The Mallard Room was well set out but a little tired the soft furnishings need updating, just because we bring a dog the rooms should be to a better standard especially as we pay for the dog to come. Settee a little grubby. Carpets similar. The view from our bed room over the back garden and staff area, there were a pile of garden chairs piled up, not great to look out on.

"Excellent hotel"

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff very friendly and attentive The hotel was perfect. My wife loved the comfortable bed and having a swimming pool was sheer luxury. Will definitely be back
