"Good stay marred by one bad staff member"

The hotel accommodated our needs and special timings and requests happily, good swimming pool, good food and generally very friendly staff. Nice location not too far from the park gate but brace for a rough road.

One complaint was the one unprofessional porter who made an approach to one of the women in our group who was staying in a single room. He closed the room door after escorting her to the room and asked if he could be a friend. The guest was quite upset by this and felt unsettled for the rest of the stay. This should not be allowed to happen. Employees need better training. Inconsistent instructions on timing of availabile electricity
