Room is very clean & comfortable, its worth to money Breakfast delicious we eat one of the best food that we had so far our whole trip in Sri Lanka The location is a very peaceful and beautiful View and close by Ella town, The nine arch bridge We can highly recommend You have to walk down the city center for 45 minutes (Tuk tuk ride 20 minutes owner arrange reasonable price ) "Villa Emerald Ella" for other traveler who want to visit Sri Lanka best place to stay. Amazing staying.super room.clean bathroom. Great location.near by ella town 2 minutes walking . Hoster is very kind and helpfull.he arrange tasty breakfast ..pancake tasty..thank you . Highly recommend ....again highly recommend ..

The room had a balcony and was clean.

Wasn’t allowed into my room on first night as the had given it to the people already staying there even though I had confirmation from booking.com. They then gave me a room at their sister hotel which was not as good. The following day ( my birthday) they moved me to my booked room once I came back from my day out. There was 4 men waiting to move me. In the bathroom they had one small bar of soap. No shower gel or shampoo so make sure you bring your own. The room itself is ok but stifilingly hot. I spent most of my time on the terrace as it was cooler outside. They say the place is in excellent location. Though 50m steep hike up it doesn’t. I had to stop a few times as it got very steep.
