Wallpaper falling off the wall. Broken cup. Washing machine flooded the bathroom on our first day when we tried to wash a mouldy curtain in one of the cupboards. Not a nice place. When we arrived it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. A bit of refurbishment, a good clean and replacement of all the worn out things and it could be ok as the location is great. But it was embarrassing that someone would advertise this and expect people to think it was a nice place to stay. I made it clear to the owner how I felt and that this place was a disgrace, and fortunately I got a refund and checked in to a very nice hotel for almost the same price.
MYthe host is very responsive and helpful. good location, easy access to thamrin city, grand indonesia and plaza indonesia - only walking distance. some shops - indomaret, salon, pharmacy, atm and restaurant on lower ground floor.

CAStrategic location, beautiful ground. The pool and the ground made you feel like in oasis in the middle of hectic Jakarta. The location is very strategic, 5 minutes walk to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Abundance of food nearby. Unit is big, no need to fight f9r washrooms. Owner is pretty quick to respond.
Could need a little TLC and deep cleaning.
