Misty Mount Resort

The hosts were a very friendly and hospitable family. They went out of their way to make dinner for us when we asked, giving us a big meal and a very welcoming (authentic) experience to Sri Lanka. The room was very cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The hosts were overall extremely accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area as it is close to many attractions.

L'accueil et le service, nous sommes arrivés avec 3 heures de retard de train. Nos host nous on envoyé un Tuk Tuk très sympathique. Avec qui nous avons ensuite passé 2 journées a visiter demandé Saman. Ils ce sont ensuite debrouillés pour nous preparer a manger. Bref une vrai famille pour nous

Peux etre pouvoir avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre et quelques couverts. Quoi qu'il soit a votre service tres Dévoué.

Nice quiet place just outside town. Comfy stay and very kind owner. Delicious breakfast.

The host family was very lovely. We enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t directly in city centre making it very peaceful.

The family is very welcoming and always made sure we had a good time. Helped us in booking ac bus to galle and with the tuk tuk for the city tour. Served us with good breakfast. We had a feeling of having a private space for ourselves amidst the greenery. They had little difficulty to communicate in English but still never disappointed us in anything. Room is good enough for two with clean washroom. It has all the basic amenities. Love the way how hardworking the host family is and trying to make the guest happy. It has nice dining area and a space to watch over the garden behind. Wifi was working great. Location is 1km away from town. It is 15 mins walk from the town. Highly recommended! Great value for money.

This was 10/10 experience. I absolutely felt like I was home with this beautiful Sri Lankan family. This room is nested in the mountains - the most serene views every single day. The breakfast was amazing - always made with so much love. I will stay here every time I come to Ella. You can walk right into town within 7 minutes. If you stay here - there is a little spot to have tea to the left of the property and i definitely recommend stopping there on your walk into town.

La vista dalla struttura è molto bella, le proprietarie sono davvero gentili e accoglienti la colazione è davvero ottima. La camera era molto pulita e il bagno moderno. La posizione era un po’ fuori dal centro ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata a piedi.

La stanza non ha finestre a parte la porta di ingresso ed era un po’ umida a causa della posizione immagino in mezzo alla giungla e dell’assenza di finestre.

Everything was amazing. The lovely family who managed the place, the location, the views, all perfect. They gave me the best breakfast ever. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend a beautiful time in Ella .
