The only thing I liked was that there was parking inside the complex. The bed was soft but comfortable. The bus to Venice stops near the apartment

The smell when we walked in was damp. After a day, we realized why. You can't open the door because there are no mosquito nets, and you're also on the ground floor without casement windows that you can leave open when you're not there. The humidity from the shower builds up. The towels they left us smelled bad.

The location was good as the bus stop to Venice is just outside the house. The beds were very comfy. The room had lots of space and was modern & clean. So was the bathroom. The area was quiet. The lady on the phone was very helpful & her father, whom I met in person for advice, too.

The adolescent that welcomed me was quite abrupt & only kept asking about the city fee for Venice. He also was in a hurry to show me the room. Beware: this is essentially an airbnb with nobody on site. The lady who seems to organise the place is easy to reach & friendly & helpful. There is an electric kettle with paper cups, but I only had 3 little bags of instant coffee for 3 nights. There is no milk provided, but sugar & tea. I didn't want to phone again for more supplies. The mini fridge though was very handy.

Easy to get to by buses from airport. Very comfortable and quiet. Located on bus line. Easy walk to restaurants, banks, grocery store. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

You have to let the owner know when you are arriving at the property since she doesn't live at the property. She did try to contact me beforehand, but I was trying to navigate a day of flying and transportation. It was my misunderstanding of the check-in process. She is very prompt to arrive to let you in once you contact her.

So kind, polite, helpful person welcomed us! The bus stop for Venice is just 100 meters from the property, room was big enough, very nice and clean. There have parking lots in the yard of the house, which is very convenient.

Good location, comfortable, a bit small, but perfect for two people. There is a supermarket and some bakeries nearby. Additionally, the bus stop is also close.

One of the towels had a slight musty smell, and the pillows could have been more comfortable.
