"Great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, only a short/cheap train ride away"

Newly refurbished with very modern facilities. Generously sized bed and bathroom. I had a very late check-in but the host was waiting for me to let me in (there is an outside gate on the main road to enter the complex).

Some instructions to get there from the station or using public transport will be very useful. And also the check-out instructions where you have to unlock the outside gate, come back in to return the keys and rush towards the gate so that you go out before it closes. A lock-box on the main gate will be good.
