More than 100 years Old ethic home of spice traders with thier antiques displayed therein. Wooden construction, painted tiles, old furniture, feels like staying in old historical place. Location just next to back waters. Shall cozy restaurant right on the banks of the back waters. Close to prime areas in fort kochi

The rings could have been provided with more furniture. There was no table to keep luggage. No view from the room as the windows opened in market street. The restaurant has a small menu.

Good location, lovey staff, reasonable facilities

Had to change rooms as painting external to the first room was turpentine based and very intrusive. Lovely seating area over the water but nearby to area that was full of rubbish so some strong smells very unpleasant. Cleanliness could have been better but wasn't terrible.

The hotel is about 40 km from KOCHI Airport.It is an antique hotel appears to be carved out of old residence of some erstwhile VIP person.Limited rooms. Pros:Traders Rooms are large and clean Lobby area and hall are full of antiques starting from household articles to cameras to piano to old car.family children can enjoy. Service is good. Deck on the water with good furniture arrangement. Cons: Away from main area. Parking is an issue Entrance narrow Breakfast is limited menu and alacarte.So is the same dinner.Quality and menu needs improvement. Foul smelling in deck area.

The location is bad. No parking. Very narrow streets and any cars bigger than hatchbacks will always struggle. The building is very old, but the stay was comfortable. The staff were good and friendly. The restraunt is a let down. Very small menu and even though the hotel listed as souled out, it seemed deserted. A premium charge for the room, but honestly there are much better hotels with much more facilities to stay in for this price point.

Heritage property

The staff are so unkept, as though got out bed and look very unpresentable. The same applied to the Bloom in Juhu.
