It is a comfortable apartment. There is a washer. The best part is the location, especially during cherry blossom season.

Close to 2 train stations, we travelled from Osaka to hotel on local Keihan line with reservations for seats from Osaka direct to Gion-Shiijo, also Sanjo is near by both about same walk time to accommodation without having to transfer from Kyoto main station where Shinkansen comes in. Room was very comfortable with lots of space and everything you need to make simple meals. Balcony was a bonus over looking a little river. Great to be able to store bags prior to checking in. Check in and check out simple process.
