Hyatt Studios Mobile/Tillmans Corner

The room was a great size, clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Loved the kitchen area.

I paid for my room on booking.com and the hotel then charged me again. I'm still waiting on my refund. The shower head is terrible. Hardly any water comes out. And the shower floor was very slippery and with no handholds or handles of any kind, it can be dangerous. Also the microwave kept tripping the breaker when we tried using it.

Very noisy. Traffic noise from I10 all night long. Bed way too soft for us. That’s really a matter of preference. If you don’t mind a Lot of noise and a soft bed it’s a good choice

The hotel is new and clean. This is just one thing which was good.

They did not provide bed sheets for sofas in both rooms I booked. I should go to the front office and ask them to provide. Almost one week after been in the hotel I have found that they charged me more than it was supposed. No one wants to answer me for what was that charge when I am calling them. I see 50$ security deposit was returned back to my account, but I do not see 50$ for the second room. In fact, they charged me 80$ more for nothing. This is not so big amount, but I will never stay there again.

Kitchen in the room was nice. Very clean and nice staff.

The bed is comfortable.

The air conditioner is very noisy.
