Check in was at 3pm, at 3 still no room, at 315 start asking about canceling, but it's full pay for 1 night. 325 got room, had to learn on my own that was a main switch to turn on lights, get room set up and TV does not work, come to find out that room is out of order. Pack all back up. Go to next room, keycards dont work, so back to front desk, keys are to another room so they write correct room number. Room is nice but it's been 45 mins to get in a room. Later that evening 7yr old grandson is looking for something on TV, by pushing a couple buttons he rented a 25 dollar move. It does ask if you want to, but it auto on yes reply. At front desk to buy few dollar item, you need to type name, room number, last 4 of phone number. Will not stay there again. Cost more per night than other places I have stayed before, but was the worse experience.
