"We loved our stay at the lodge and will return!"

The room was truly exceptional! Completely remodeled, but keeping the hunting lodge vibe and history. The bed was amazing! Loved the antiques. Pauline was so gracious and friendly! Breakfast was out of this world delicious!!!

The only suggestions we have are to continue the outside renovations so guests experience the same charm on the exterior as the interior offers. Also, you might consider relocating the boat outside the presidential suite window. Other than that, just keep doing what you are doing! Cannot wait to come back!!!!

"Will be fantastic"

Beautifuly appointed. It was 'too new' - the water was still silty (brown-not whiskey), no wifi and the phone signal was very weak throughout our stay. Food good. Lovely owners/staff

Very friendly owner, nice, clean refurbished room, the common rooms were great. For sure the best Scottish breakfast we ever had and excellent dinner. Several little design and service details who shows that they care for the house and their guest. Clear recommendation.

Not an issue for us, but you hear the street, however hardly any traffic at night.

Lovely, peaceful, rural location. Beautifully refurbished old hunting lodge with history & character. Owners have impeccable taste and they have paid great attention to detail, also very friendly & welcoming. Great food too.

TV didn’t work but we had a nice peaceful evening reading instead. I would have liked to turn the radiator off in the bathroom as we were a bit too warm at night. I took the duvet out the cover & we slept under just the duvet cover instead.

"Why stay in a chain hotel when the highlands offers a lodge like this?"

This is a beautifully renovated hunting lodge that mixes old with new in a way that’s both warm/traditional and hip/modern. A fire in the bar made for a nice evening of drinks over good books, and the hearty breakfast saw us through to dinner. I’d happily stay here again.

The staff gave a warm welcome, the interior design was very high-end and the place is just full of quality. I had a great night's sleep, the quality of both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Prices at the bar were very reasonable. Top class stay.
