Avoid this place! Deceptive host and fake address. I had a terrible experience with this property. I booked my stay and received a confirmation, but the host failed to provide a correct address. When I finally managed to contact him upon arrival in Welling, he refused to let me in, claiming he had made a mistake with the pricing. I even tried to find a compromise and suggested that the price could be treated as a rate for just one night instead of the whole stay, but he refused and showed zero interest in resolving the situation. He left me stranded after I had spent significant time and money to get there. To make matters worse, he insisted that "Booking.com would handle the refund," even though the booking was non-refundable. This host is unprofessional and dishonest. Stay away from this place! Update: Booking.com has refunded the money.

The property owner called me minutes after my Bookings that the place wasn't ready and would call me back in 2 to 3 minutes time. I never heard from the property owner again so I made another Bookings with Ibis budget London Barking. I need a full refund.
