I didn’t even get to the property. The owner/landlord was very cagey about when I could book in. Told me 7pm to 8pm, then said he’d see what he could do. He wouldn’t give me the address after requesting it several times. I told him at 17:27 that I was sitting in a park waiting to check in as check-in time was 18:00 to 19:00 according the info about his property on Booking.com which itself is unusually long. He told me it wasn’t unusual, that many people even check in at midnight and that he was easy that way. He eventually texted me the address at about 19:40. I had arranged alternative accommodation shortly before that and after realizing that I might be caught sitting in the dark and this man might not get back to me. The way I was treated is beyond unacceptable, is revolting and disrespectful, to put it mildly. I had to pay a lot extra for the alternate accommodation and taxi’s as the alternate accommodation was too far for me to walk. I respectfully request a full refund of payment made. I will be taking this matter further if it is not dealt with adequately.

WE WOKE UP TO ANTS ALL OVER THE BED CURTAINS AND FLOOR THE PLACE IS INFESTED we had the place booked for a week left on Sunday morning 2 nights into our stay due to ants LITERALLY EVERYWHERE plus the host is creepy as hell pacing up and down the corridor all day and into late hours of the night this place is absolutely disgusting and they won’t give me a refund even with proof (pictures and videos) had to shell out another £400 to stay somewhere else absolutely disgusting
