The suite was huge with nice terrace

There was no place to keep personal toiletries in the bathroom

The staff are very helpful, breakfast is exceptional

The room was spacious and very comfortable, with good temperature control. It felt like a nice, quiet place to relax. Everything was spotlessly clean. Pricing was reasonable. The staff were helpful and professional and had good English language skills. The hotel had a lot of good common areas with sofas and a nice bar - plenty of spaces for groups to relax in the evening. Breakfast was good - and also provided a good opportunity to stock up on a few snacks for the road ahead,

The Booking.com description of the hotel currently lists it as having a hot tub. But it does not in fact have one. This should be corrected promptly. The dinner menu was very limited - basically just a few salads and burgers etc (plus a couple of pasta dishes that staff actively discoured people from ordering, apparently on the basis they would take 40+ minutes to prepare!). It is a disappointing for a hotel of this calibre not to offer a better dinner option. I ended up going out elsewhere for dinner. When I checked out, I found someone had added room service drinks onto my bill that I had not ordered or consumed - in fact I was out eating dinner at a restaurant when the order was made. Fortunately they eventually removed them from the bill - but it took 3 requests to get them to do so and this should have been easier or not happened at all. The children's soft play area is very extensive and would be great for families - the kids playing there were clearly having a great time. For those not travelling with kids it does however have the downside that it can make the main communal areas of the hotel uncomfortably noisy during the daytime.
