It is a lovely hotel

Shower water was not hot enough, and there was no light to the writing desk

Breakfast a la carte, low quality for4 star hotel, very long waiting time to be served.

Great value for money, family friendly, huge soft play in the hotel. We loved it!

The breakfast could have been more varied.

We like the hotel itself, but the service could be better. The rooms are made only every 3 days and have never been really cleaned over the 12 days we stayed, especially the bathroom. And the breakfast was rarely in a buffet as it should have been. The service is nice even though not every waiter or attendant speaks english.

Great hotel, amazing facilities .

The A/C is poor. Only the fan works there is no cold air coming out. I thought it was just our room but other guests had the same problem. Kavadarci is hot in summer and a/c is essential. We stayed only 1 night so I didn’t get much sleep with the heat. We had apartment right above the kitchen and we could smell the food in our room.

Comfortable and clean room, helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast.
