We booked this hotel because it said that it had a 24-hour reception and since we took the bus from Luang Prabang we were uncertain of our arrival time. However, when we got there, a little after 12, no one was there. There was a number you could call on the door, the first time we ringed someone picked up but didn't say anything. The 2nd and 3rd time we were ignored. So we had to try and find something new in the middle of the night. We'd also already send them a message with our expected arrival time hours in advance.
