The property is perfectly situated in the old town of Monopoli amongst all the beautiful old churches and historic buildings and a very short walk to all the Cafes and restaurants we highly recommend this place to any Couples planning to visit this area.

Nice location near little beach. Table and chairs to sit outside. The safe and washing machine were good.

There isn’t a window to look out of.

Clean nice beds location was central

Very noisy neighbours and noise in the lane all night. Instructions were hard to find

Beautifully appointed apartment in a very convenient location of the old town. Very secure and safe. Great facilities. Comfortable bed which is rare in Italy. A stones throw from Cala Porta Vecchia beach. Il Catinale restaurant around the corner was fantastic. Marianna was a fabulous and attentive host.

The bed bugs became a severe problem. The bed linen was old and discoloured. The adjoining and surrounding residents (not tourists) were noisy. The unusable glass door from the main bedroom to the other apartments’ entrance shone brightly every time someone entered or left the building at night.
