Nothing / property is still on booking com but not actually available to rent so the owner never answered my messages or calls and on the same day he called me back to say the property is not to rent anymore for a long time and that he couldn’t do anything that I had to contact customer service . And customer service nowhere to be seen. I was supposed to be contacted by then in 24 hours and nothing .

I didn't like that i turned up at the apartment and my booking was cancelled and booking. Com have not refunded my money which i will be taking further

They just took the money and never responded for us to get in no communication at all I would never book this place again took over a month to get a refund

When I contacted the property owner upon arrival they told me the property was no longer theirs and it should have been removed from booking.com months before. They gave me no recourse but to contact booking.com for a refund.

No contact from the property despite numerous messages. Phoned them the morning of our stay to be told “consider the booking cancelled we haven’t owned the property for 6 months “ Booking.com no help as they say the booking is confirmed and until it’s cancelled they can’t help us. Still waiting to hear back from customer services.

Similar to the other 1 star reviews! Booked and paid six months in advance. Sent desired check-in-times twice - got zero confirmation! Then sent an email to the host after reading some of the shitty reviews that had been posted since my own booking and asked if he will actually honour the booking upon my arrival - again zero reply! Couldn't take a chance and finally booked with a reliable host just before going to Birmingham, which cost more at a such a short notice. According to other reviews the host's listing may not be correct on Booking.com. Still, you've had plenty of time to have it fixed - or at least have the decency to reply to people contacting you so they don't have to go through a bunch of hassle. Don't bother with this scammer! Also, "thanks" to Booking.com for not replying when sending the above information to their customer service.
