The staff were terrific.

The location is a slight negative, in that it isn't within walking distance of much. That being said, Lilongwe is not a very walking-friendly city. Everything is very spread out.

Your staff was amazing. The smiles, respect and customer care , splendid! The place , wonderful ! I would love to visit again. So everything about it was cool.

Maybe just provide your staff with uniform 😉 . But honestly you have a beautiful place.
