Hanleys Private Room near Ski Airport

We had a late appointment in Queenstown, so we arrived late to our accommodation which we were sorry . The lady was very understanding and even let us park our car on the property. So yes thankyou for everything .Location was fine Very happy with our stay Thank you again.

The location was great, not huge but big enough for what we needed, nice, tidy and clean, slides were offered to wear, plenty of towels and comfy warm beds. Easy self check in and out, Great communication from the owner.

Parking isn't great although I understand that it is out of the owners control, and the TV would be better angled in the corner so it can be viewed easier.

Had everything we needed and was available at short notice. The owner was easy going and accommodating.

My booking was last minute due to cancel flight and arriving in Queenstown very late. I was able to get Accommodation at a reasonable price at the last minute. The lovely host came and met me in the rain to let me in.

Clean. Parking was reasonable easy

TV did not go. Manager had to come put Netflix’s on. This was mainly in Chinese. No dish detergent or tea towel in room.
