The owner of the property was friendly and offered us her parking space but we were not happy to park in such a tight spot with our hired car.

The accommodation was advertised as Frankton but it was in fact located at Jack's Point. The accommodation description on Booking.com didn't reflect what we found at the property. Parking was a problem as it was street parking on a steep hill. The street was tightly parked with cars on both sides of the road. The beds were very uncomfortable. There was no flat TV as advertised. It was very noisy as sounds carried from one room to the next.

It was very close to my son's house

It was rather small, but adequate for what we required. Effectively a double bedroom with an ensuite. As I have noted below was absolutely suitable for what we needed. I would stay here again!

It's a bedroom at the back of a residential house... Great bathroom, comfy beds,well furnished, tea/ coffee/ cereal supplied. Parking is on the street... not designated. No flat screen TV.. rather odd for night times.

Perfect for what I needed, Shower was epic, everything new, I didn't use internet, I like the wee differences that wasn't standard motel styles. Boutique accommodation

You will be in a neighbourhood so that comes with kids, I have 4 kids 2-10 so wasnt a problem for me but if you don't like life sounds then not for you. Not a dislike but will be good for people to know beforehand.

Very clean and tidy.

Only issue was the people next door were abit loud overnight
