Beautiful quiet home in a lovely location.

The venue was absolutely spot on. The decor, the amenities. There was nothing to criticize. It was perfect. We've done VRBO before and we're disappointed. This was wonderful.

Not having a dish towel. Lol. I feel bad using paper towels

The house is amazing. Withe everything one could ask for. The house is really large, so is the kitchen, making it very convenient. Would book again and highly recommend.

For some reason, there was no hot water early morning but it was all good by 9AM (without any intervention). There were only thick pillows.

Beautiful location, with the sounds of the Pacific Ocean all night and morning to listen to. Very peaceful rooms and home. Very clean and my son loved it. He can’t stop talking about going back to the house again! Super great location right next to the Mackerricher State Park

Loved it all

The property is well maintained, private, with impressive, lush grass, and ample space. Great water pressure and warmth. Personally, I enjoyed its private, dead-end street access for a moderate to hard trek to the beach, through about a mile of serene and captivating dunes. My 75 year old, birthday, mother pulled it ~ but it may have been her last major trek through that type of varying depths of sand, without any direct trail to the actual ocean’s empowering beach, except for the adorable trailhead leading you to the dunes… you are on your own. Tip: put the Pacific Sands address in your IMAP’s and let the blue arrow direct you towards the left… the ocean sounds as if it comes from the right, but stay left, like a diagonal swim across a river’s current or out of riptide… but in dunes. It’s a fun adventure to the beach!!

My aging parents had a difficult time entering and exiting their downstairs, master suit bed. And the extra foam topper made it difficult to sit on its edge, especially for them to place on their house slippers. A chair, was mentioned, as being something they wish they had in their room. I personally had a difficult time opening the kitchen drawers, but there was a good supply of kitchen utensils and cookware, with a good warm beverage selection.

Size of the property. It's cleanliness was excellent, well stocked, and was very peaceful. Easy of check in and check out.

Properly didn't have screens on the slider and some of the windows so you could not open them to let the cool ocean breeze in without letting the bugs and gnats in. Could use better seating in the family room where the beautiful views are. Futon is on it's last legs and was not comfortable to sit on.
