Hotel, room, clean, staff okay

They said that any stain on the fabrics are chargeable. This is understandable but I hope they don't mean kajal on the hand towels because that's bound to happen and can be cleaned

I dont like wash room. No Soap case near shower area . Where to keep soap or face wash . We have to keep on floor which is very much inconvenience
