Indigo Snail Boutique Hmong Homestay

We stayed for 1 night during a hike from Sapa and really enjoyed it. Sue and her family members have been very kind and lovely hosts. The dinner was incredible! Homecooked variety of different local dishes, including vegetarian options. We can only recommend staying here.

Perfect for who is looking for some authentic homestay experience. Many activities to do during the day. Very peaceful location. Sue and her family are very kind hosts. I am a solo traveller and enjoyed spending 2 nights there.

Super cute, remote, natural, relaxed, a real taste of life in a Hmong village with a local family! Loved it. Sue is a consummate host. Thank you to her & all the children too 😍

We had a great time a Sues Homestay! :) She offered great food, workshops, activities and company. We did a batik workshop where she taught us about the traditional dyes and an amazing motorbike tour. If we had problems or questions we could ask her any time. We met many great people and would highly recommend a stay any time!

We were there in the end of November and it was pretty cold everywhere. We got an extra blanket though and were warm through the whole night and sat by the coals in the common room in the evening :) do take warm clothes though for the day.

Our host Xu was just the best, so adorable and it was such a pleasure to spend several days with her family. A lot of people are just staying for a night or two but this place deserves more. It's so peaceful and the food they cook at every dinner is just so yummy. We had some issues with the hot water and Xu offered us to move to another room. Such an authentic stay with a good choice of both indoor activities and hikes. If you want to learn more about H'mong culture and be part of it for a few days, this is definitely the place!

I spent two wonderful days at this homestay with a Hmong family in Sapa. From the very first moment, they made me feel at home. The homemade food was delicious, the place was clean and comfortable, and the views of the mountains were spectacular. We did an amazing trekking through the rice fields and small villages, learning a lot about their culture and way of life. The family was very kind, always smiling and happy to share their traditions. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in Vietnam. I highly recommend it! ❤️
