They advertised as pet friendly, accepted my money, then when I tried to check in with a cat they said they do not allow a cat! FALSE ADVERTISING and THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY!

Our room was hot. We told the front desk. They said we could move to any room on the second floor. We told them no we have an older dog that has to go out often and would like to stay on the first floor. They said they didn't have any other rooms left on the first floor. We stayed in the room that was hot. Around 4 in the morning a lady opened our door and shut it. I looked out the door to see what she was doing. I told the front desk in the morning about the lady opening our door. They said there was a mistake we wasn't assigned to that room but couldn't find what room we were assigned too. They said the evening desk person must of didn't do something right in checking us in the night before. They said sorry for the mix up. I'm a forgiving person so i told them i understand. We will probably find another place to stay next time we pass though Limon Co. We make a trip to Colorado every spring or early summer.

Sorry I put what we didn't like in the what we liked spot. We liked the morning staff. The breakfast was good. The bedding was clean and the room was clean. We liked the location of the hotel.

It was a newer hotel, they are keeping it clean. It was quiet and safe for my family.

The beds were as hard as rocks. I could have slept on the floor and still had the same comfort level. A mattress topper would have gone a long way to making it better. This resulted in poor sleep and a very tired family.

Clean, price good.
