Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower was good and the argan oil toiletries were amazing!

There were literally 2 or 3 tissues in the box, so had to use toilet tissue as a substitute. Also, I hate rooms where the desk is right under a huge TV. The room was very small, so unless you were sitting up in the bed, there was really no place to comfortably watch TV. Next trip I will probably spend a bit more to stay elsewhere.

The 24 hour gym. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was good, and dining area was clean, and service started at 6am.

The latch on the gym door was broken allowing access to anyone including unsupervised children. The grill on the AC unit in my room was cockeyed. Grill would not latch properly so one side is latched the other side is on the floor. A bright blue flashing strobe light internal to the AC unit lit up the room at night. Not sure why that light is on or necessary. Causes interrupted sleep. No information on the general area for food, recreation, attractions, or listing of TV channels. No directions on how to use the TV. No coffee in room requiring me to go from the furthest room on the 3rd floor, Rm 302, in the hotel to the dining area to get coffee. If you choose ice coffee, no ice available in dining area. Also, during the hours of darkness in the morning, no lights in the dining area, controlled from behind locked kitchen door. No water dispensers in the hotel and none in the gym. Gym has no dumbbells or free weights. Lastly, foul septic smell outside of hotel.

Location good. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good

Bathroom small
