Todo nuevo, muy limpio. Desayuno rico con frutas y chocolate.

Good location to stay over in cozy room for two.

Strong odor when turned on the heater, lasting 30 minutes. Expecting a reception staff friendly to us checking in 10:30pm might be too much. Paid for double occupancy, but amanity e.g. plastic cup..etc.. in room looked like for single.

It was refreshing appearing, clean, spacious, and very nice. After staying in 3 other hotels yours was the nicest! We will never stay at a Ramada or the OYO or a Quality Inn again. Thank you!

Nice comfortable and clean.

The people next door were loud and cooked bacon. Our room stunk. Cooked bacon is yummy but not all night!

Room was very clean, staff were all very kind and helpful.

Only issue was squeaky bathroom door hinges.

I like the way your lobby is .designed for accommodating people eating in different places

When I first got to my room, the air conditioning would not come on. I tried calling the front desk but got no answer, so I went down. There was one young woman manning the front desk by herself trying to check people in and make reservations on the phone. I waited my turn and explained what was going on and she immediately put a Be Right Back sign on the desk and came upstairs with me to check on the air conditioning. By that time, it had started working and all was well. I was impressed that she took the time to help me in spite of being so busy and working alone.

The room was really small and the TV was on the wall right over the desk. So there was really no comfortable place to watch it except from the bed.
