Location was nice.

Unless you enjoy cold showers, avoid this apartment. We only had hot water for two out of seven days, and the bathroom sink never had hot water. Clogged bathroom sink and shower drains, mould in the shower, and deteriorating fixtures made things worse. Maintenance unclogged the drains but failed to fix the lack of hot water—and somehow ended up leaving us with zero hot water in the entire apartment. Despite promises, no one came back to resolve this. Check-in was frustrating. No one responded to our messages or phone calls before or after arrival. When we showed up at 11 AM, the Welcome Center was locked and dark. After ringing the bell and waiting outside, a staff member finally answered—but was curt and unhelpful. Despite an initial message saying luggage storage was available for a fee, she pointed to a sign on the door that said NO LUGGAGE STORAGE. Puzzled by the conflicting information, her response was dismissive—the head office sent the message, not them. The basic supplies were minimal—only three small toilet paper rolls for a week, no coffee, filters, tea, or even basic condiments. For the price, these should be standard. Lisbon was lovely, but this accommodation caused us constant stress and discomfort. We should’ve listened to the earlier negative reviews. While the location is convenient, there are most likely far better-managed options nearby. We do not recommend this property.

There was no space to leave my luggage when I arrived. It was very difficult to get in. There was very little assistance with regards to storing my luggage while I waited for the apartment to be ready for us.

Location

1. LOCATION: Excellent! In the middle of everything. The tiny street that it was on is cobbled. Right beside it, there are many cafes, bars and restaurants. 2. CLEANLINESS : The place was immaculate and very new. It was very well maintained, cleaned etc. The utensils and kitchen appliances were plentiful and clean. 3. SIZE : I was surprised how much bigger it looked in real life. It exceeded my expectations.

Everything was perfect.
