Very clean and perfect location. Very quiet.

Would have been nice to have some basic kitchen items like coffee, tea, a few spices, oil. A little sterile vibe to the place.

Great location, vibrant tourist area endless choices to eat and easy to get around,, but flat was in a very quiet spot.

the security lock was tricky to operative so we needed help, but once we were in the flat - everything was very easy. Loads of cupboard space and very well arranged and bright flat.

Exceeded our expectations! Wonderful stay in a brilliant location, 3-minute walk to Santa Justa Elevator and 7-minute to Rossio main train station. All main attractions within walking distance. Public transport is also just around the corner. Self check-in was smooth, and the staff were kind enough to let us in early.

One the window shutters in the living room needs fixing. No shampoo in the toilet.

Excellent location. Near Rossio train station and walking distance to many sites. Apt was very clean and nicely furnished.

As others have mentioned, a small package each of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent should be included in the welcome kit. No one wants to buy a large container of either detergent for a short stay.

Location was great, apartment was clean and comfortable

Communication with host to get access to apartment was challenging. Calling designated phone number resulted in message in a single language (which we did not speak) and hang up, with no opportunity to leave message or request call back. Finally got through using Booking.com messaging.

The location was fabulous - just a short walk to restaurants, shops & certain landmarks. Walkable to almost everywhere! The apartment was cozy, quiet & tastefully furnished. What a pleasant stay!

Perhaps, having a more stable hanging rack & supplying guests with sufficient toilet paper, detergent & hand wash for the kitchen. The air-conditioner in the hall proved challenging as it kept reverting to a temperature that was too warm for the room.
