The place was quiet, cozy, quite clean and in a good location, almost by the beach. Quality price was good, and the room was big enough. You can also use a kitchen if you want.

The beds weren’t the most comfortables and it was a little too warm in the room which with the fan couldn’t be solved. We booked an activity with the owner and we don’t know if there was a lack of communication or something because what we did compared to what we expected was a little far from reality

The host is really friendly and really kind, even picks you up from bus or train station or drives you there by scooter if possible Small kitchen and fridge are available to use for people who like to cook themselves. Also free drinking water from a big 20 liter bottle is available which the host buys and renews when it's empty. Next door is otherwise a small traditional Indian restaurant. An Indian family cooking traditional Indian homemade foods which they are offering there Location is 2 minutes to walk to the beach

The bedroom was clean and comfortable ! Richard is very kind, and the location near by the beach is perfect I highly recommend

Great vibe, clean and huge room. Room was cleaned every day which I didn't expect. Shared bathrooms, kitchens and communal areas were clean and comfortable to use.

The property was nicely decorated and it had a nice homely relaxed feel about it and exceptionally clean.

There was nothing to not like about this property

A really cool place just by the beach. Some really good food options just arround the corners (breakfast, dinner etc).The owner is just the best host ever, fantastic guy, he will help you and give good advise to your questions. Good wifi. A great place if you want to visit Allepey for a good couple of days. One of the best home stays I been to in years.
