The Broadway Rooms

The concept of self check in, collect your key from key safe was great. The presentation was nice

The room was tiny and kept walking into bed frame as so close to shelf, shelf not deep enough to hold tray and cups etc. Bathroom so small couldn't close the door whilst in it. Bathroom smelt damp and continuous sewage smell come on through the night...

Location, parking, price, Staff Comms, proximity to food outlets, buses, shops and space centre

Traffic noise.

Comfortable bed, very clean facilities.

Very clean, nicely presented room. Modern bathroom with hair and shower gel provided. Kettle with tea and coffee, biscuits. Comfy bed. Easy to park midweek. Perfect location for the Space Centre.

Room was very small but I knew that before I booked and it wasn’t a problem. It was a double but I was on my own - not sure it would be great for two people.

Good locations, big car park, good security on doors and decent size rooms.

Some towels had marks on them, not all bins emptied..
