The shower was freezing and there’s only one bottle of water for two people, which is just a minor thing

For the price paid, I liked the little extras like the bottle of water, the biscuits with the tea/coffee and the shower gel. And it suited me that access was via key safe.

Couldn't really complain given the price paid.

Great communication from the owners prior to arrival, clean rooms, decent sized shower, easy hassle free check in.

Excellent, couldn’t fault it. Nice bar downstairs with friendly staff, visited for the Darts so unfortunately couldn’t sample the restaurant and grill as it was closed but a good takeaway close by. Perfect location for anyone visiting for an event at the Mattioli arena! 5 minute Uber away

Small cosy room. Shower not powerful. It is clean and tidy and suited my purposes. The rooms are above a pub.

No parking at the pub when I arrived. It seemed to be full of work vans which seemed to be associated with the pub. I had to park behind the street.

Easy to access with the instructions sent. Staff in the bar and restaurant were very attentive and food was amazing!
