Why would I pay for a nights stay and I fully paid but they switch off the AC by the middle of the night and I have to wake up with just the fan blowing. Can’t turn on the AC

The manager was nice. She doesn't deserve to work there...
It was dirty, smelly, untidy. Would never ask my enemies to stay here.. I couldn't sleep there, had to look for another hotel. Got a hotel around same area, almost same price. I was greeted with cockroach in d fridge.
